Teksio™ Silicone foam

Application

1. Automotive (electric vehicles)

Provide high-performance sealing and protection for lithium-ion batteries of electric vehicles. Including cell spacer (soft pack cell spacer, square shell cell spacer); vibration support - cooling plate support liner gas seal; square shell cell exhaust valve seal (the effective seal between the exhaust valve and exhaust channel to ensure that the hot gas emitted from the set channel discharge), etc.

2. Aerospace

Internal seals, gaskets, and insulation materials that meet aerospace standards.

3. Electronics and LEDs;

High-temperature resistance (230°C), and excellent sealing performance in electrical enclosures and lighting fixtures.
